Mindset. We’ve all heard the word, especially in a self improvement setting. But what does it really mean? A mindset is a set of assumptions, methods, or notions held by one person or a group of people. It arises out of a person’s worldview or their philosophy of life. Boiled down—it’s basically the way we think. 

Our mindset is an amazing thing, because it shapes the reality of everything we do. It’s a lens that colors every And bonus—we can change it ourselves.
