Usually, when you hear someone like me say the word “validation”, you probably already think you know what I’m about today. “Don’t seek validation from others”, right?
Well, yes. But not exactly.
Validation plays an important part of all of our lives. It helps us know how we’re doing—and I don’t necessarily think external validation is a bad thing. Make sure to listen to learn about healthy validation, and what benefits can come from using it well.
